Welcome To French Artist Club!

French Artist Club, Inc is a privately owned company based in Oakland California. We import beautiful, colorful, fun and whimsical greeting cards with a "French Touch", for every occasion.

We have charming notebooks and enclosures for gift-giving. We are expanding to include decorating products like 'Giclees' prints on canvas.

Most of our products are designed and printed in France by "Editions des Correspondances" (Grenoble). The Editor works very closely with the artists to ensure originality and a high level of quality, using fun shapes (tri-fold, square, round) and fine paper. Their "Signature" is the final glossy finish which makes it "pop" visually from the backgound. It's likely that everyone who receives of these cards will appreciate their beauty and gentle—a celebration of life.

We are happy to introduce you to our French Artists:

Sophie Turrel
Sophie Turrel
Sophie Turrel was born in 1973 in Grenoble to two very creative and talented parents and from an early age Sophie loved to draw and create. She obtained her degree from the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Saint Etienne, specializing in illustration and drawing.

In 1999 Sophie began creating a unique line of calendars and greeting cards entitled « Cache-cache » or « Hide & Seek » published by editions des Correspondances in Grenoble. The notecards open in the center to reveal a whimsical turn of events.

In addition to "Cache-caches" and other graphics projects, Sophie Turrel began illustrating a collection of children's books. The world of Sophie Turtel is tender, amusing, colorful and charming.
